link Can anyone answer some Cintiq questions?

doingwell:

So I’ve been thinking about buying a 22HD Cintiq but was hoping someone could answer a couple questions for me.

How hot do they get? Is it uncomfortable to work over them when it’s a warm day?

If I buy one I will have to buy the arm attachment (

I has! It comes with a really sturdy stand. Arm is optional, not needed. They do not get very warm anymore. No warmer than a new macbook!.

Also, it makes a great pillow.

photo I love Nethack. So so so much. I almost beat it last year. I was in the Astral Plane with the Amulet and everything- and Pestilence killed me.
Here’s Tourist Renée having a snack while Midi looks on.

For the meeting room ‘Nessy’ at work. SketchBook Pro & Cintiq 13HD!

The moon was rising as she reached the sea. When she had started her journey that morning, she hand’t anticipated how far her legs would carry her— she didn’t realize they could take her to the end of the earth without her noticing.
"What now?" she asked herself aloud.
The water lapped sweetly at the rocks beneath her strong, brave feet as she closed her eyes. The sticky salted wind kissed her lashes, and all the tension she had been hiding in her eyes and throat released itself. In this place she could let it.
A long, beautiful note like that from a cello vibrated in the air around her. She opened her eyes to look for its source. The water was flat and black and barren; only the reflection of the moon danced on its surface. Again the haunting cry shook the air and her bones with its beauty.
The surface of the water began to break.

Oh my god my amazing writer friend Hannah did this FROM MY ART CAN YOU BELIEVE IT
